WHAT MAKES OUR TRAINING DIFFERENT:
Program
During the course you go through the entire Design Thinking process twice, which allows you to consolidate the knowledge you have learnt. After such intense training, you are prepared to work independently as a Design Thinking facilitator.
01
DAY 1
You go through all the stages of the method: empathy, definition, generating and selecting ideas, prototyping as well as testing. You learn in practice the most important tools for each of these stages. Working in an interdisciplinary team, you create solutions for a real business challenge. Obserwujesz pracę moderatora z perspektywy uczestnika warsztatu. Ćwiczymy również korzystanie z Chat GPT w generowaniu pomysłów. To doświadczenie jest pierwszym krokiem na drodze do wejścia w rolę moderatora Design Thinking.
02
DAY 2
Once again, you enter an in-depth Design Thinking process during another challenge. We thoroughly discuss the tools at every stage of the method with reference to projects and workshops that we have conducted. You learn how to create well-coordinated, interdisciplinary teams that work effectively with the synergy effect. You learn how to create a space that supports participants in the design process. In addition, you learn tools that enrich the method to make it even more effective, such as working with facilitator gadgets or improvisation techniques.
03
DAY 3
On this day we get into practical facilitation exercises. You take on the facilitator's perspective - you learn about the role as well as the tasks and challenges in the Design Thinking process. Afterwards, in the role of a facilitator, you lead a selected module of the Design Thinking workshop with a group of participants. At the end of the exercise, you receive feedback from the group and from the trainer. You experiencefirsthand how to lead an interdisciplinary team to generate great results using the Design Thinking method.
