WHAT DOES A DESIGN THINKING
PROJECT LOOK LIKE?
In the beginning, we determine the scope of responsibility of everyone involved.
Do you want your team to be involved in all stages of the project? Are they supposed to play the role of researchers as well as the creators of the solution? Or maybe you want to entrust everything to us?
We put together an interdisciplinary crew.
The project team consists of a few people from various departments of your company and several Brainwave crew members.
We train your team in the Design Thinking method
to be most effective at each stage of the project.
Together we navigate the oceans of your clients’ needs.
However, we don’t just float, we dive deeper, carefully examining their real problems, values and behaviours. We do not use surveys. We conduct interviews (usually 10 per customer segment) as well as real-time observations. This happens on-site, in whichever habitat your customers use your products.
We visualise your clients by creating their detailed profiles.
We also map your current internal processes through a series of workshops.
Then we draw conclusions from the research and draw a map of the further journey - brief.
This allows us to know what direction to take.
From there, we move on to creative workshops.
We generate and select from a huge number of ideas.
In the next stage, we create solution prototypes.
We clarify the ideas created. We quickly materialise them to save time, effort and money.
Testing allows us to improve selected prototypes.
We receive feedback from users during the testing phase. Based on this, we can improve the solutions. Each step allows us to get closer to the desired goal.
We move on to implementing innovations.
When the final solution is ready, we can take it to our users and introduce the product to the market.
